Seeing Through Foggy Glasses

Ah springtime...the time to look outside and sigh because it is so pretty. The sunshine shone through the trees today when I got home from musical practice. Although the sun was out, it was still kind of chilly. My glasses fogged up today when I was laughing while hanging outside in the school courtyard so you know it had to be cold.

I took some really awesome pictures with my phone. I would like to share them with you. My mother told me she would like some pictures of the trees outside so I did. The sun was going down and I took some pictures of the sunset.

The first two pictures I took were of the sunset and a tree in the background.

The sun shining through the trees was the most amazing picture ever.

The next pictures were of trees.

Yeah. Trees. Boring. But these are awesome pictures! These next pictures are of the sunset. It was so pretty today that I could not resist taking pictures of it.

This sunset is really awesome. I think that the black and white picture is the best one yet.

These pictures are of the clouds reflecting the sunlight. The colors are really nice.

These picture are of my dog. His name is Toby. These are the best pictures I've ever taken of him. He never stays still enough to get good pictures of him so when he did, I took advantage of the opportunity.

Well it's obvious it's springtime. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
See y'all later.

Mosquitoes in February

In February, people expect it to be...chilly. In the months before the spring, the weather usually is. Mosquitoes are not likely to be buzzing around in the shower. This, however, is not the case here in NC.  One was flying just above my head as I was showering and I squished it. Later I realized that I had a mosquito bite on my elbow. Not two days after that, I had another one on my hand. I think they are confused. As I type this, the weather outside is 52 degrees outside. Less than a week ago, it was almost 90. It must have been why the mosquitoes have been out. It all must have something to do with the Middle East (or Obama).

Tomorrow I get to take the driving portion of my Driver's Ed. class. Everyone off the sidewalks! It might actually be safer in the middle of the road than on the sidewalk. I got a call last night from the Driver's Ed. instructor asking if I could drive the next two Fridays and a Saturday. Of course I said "yes." But boy am I excited for driving. 19 days away from my birthday and I could get my permit on my birthday, if I didn't have musical practice. I've got musical practice from 3:15-5. The musical we are doing this year is The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. It's really funny I think people who watch it would enjoy it very much. The week before the musical up to the time it plays, I have to be at school at 5 p.m. and stay until 9 at night. How crazy is that? I don't want to be at school that long every day. But I have to if I want the musical to be good, so I guess its alright.

Tune in next time for another episode of "Just Another Teen Who Drives (and Writes)."
